Ground floor: Open plan living/dining room (A/C, Satellite, flat-screen Smart TV, WiFi, DVD, CD, USB Drive). Kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator/ freezer, full oven, hob, extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, juice maker, sandwich toaster, blender, iron & board). Wet room Spa (rainwater shower with body jets, toilet, sink, illuminated & heated mirror, shaver point). Marble spiral staircase leads to  

First floor: Double bedroom with four poster, (A/C, safe, hair dryer, straighteners and illuminated makeup mirror) with private balcony. Twin bedroom (A/C, TV, DVD, CD, USB Drive) with private balcony. Both bedrooms are large and airy with spacious built in wardrobes. Bathroom (Double ended full size bath with waterfall mixer tap & rainwater shower, toilet, sink, illuminated & heated mirror, shaver point, built-in ice bucket & Bluetooth speakers, scales).

Outside: In built barbecue with fridge. Shaded dining terrace with substantial marble table and benches. Garden with lawn. Private parking.

The private swimming pool (10m x 5m) with Roman steps and handrail is for the sole use of Villa Demetrius’s guests, Outside shower.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included, cleaner will come and change all the towels and linen on changeover day or mid stay if you book a 2 week holiday.

Welcome Packs

To welcome all our guests we provide a fruit bowl, water and bottle of wine for you to enjoy with our compliments.

In addition enhanced Welcome Packs can be provided to get your stay off to a smooth and relaxed start -

A Basic Welcome Pack costs 15 Euros and we will include 2 x bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, wine, 2 x beer.

A Family Welcome Pack includes 6 x bottles of water, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, wine, 6 x beer, bread, butter, ham, cheese. This costs 35 Euros.
