Additional pricing information

Our Standard Rate 7 night minimum stay £800 for 7 nights

Fees - No additional mandatory fees.

A returnable £200 villa security / damage deposit required at time of booking.

For stays over 7 nights additional nights will be prorated and for stays less than 7 nights minimum charges will apply.

Late checkout (subject to availability)

Would you like to take advantage of another day relaxing by the pool, have a shower and change before your flight home? Then you may like to request a late checkout for a day rate charge of £60 Oct - Apr and £100 May - Sep.

Booking Notes

A 25% non-refundable deposit within 42 days is payable on booking in all other cases (though changes are allowed where possible).

The balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Payment is accepted by PayPal, cheque or bank transfer

Changeover day

Is Saturday this is due to the better availability of flights, however we are flexible.

Notes on prices

Each week has its own individual price, Saturday to Saturday weekly price.

A welcome pack @ the villa. Upgraded welcome packs available at additional cost.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

Should the cancellation occur after the balance has been paid then the full amount will be lost.
